An Adventurous Date Night

I was in Tokyo with my husband and we were looking forward to an amazing date night in a special, local spot. We went near Shinjuku station, but little did we know the station is massive - there are 200 exits!

But after finding the right way out, we headed to Shinjuku Omoide Yokocho for dinner. It is a beautiful maze of narrow laneways full of bustling tiny restaurants. We tried out a few different places, which specialize in meat skewers. Some of the meats on offer were tongue, heart, womb, ovary and spleen! If you go these, don’t forget to be adventurous and to try new things.
